I don’t know about you, but I love an easy, yet healthy, flatbread pizza. The best part is you can make it with whatever toppings you want! First things first, grab a yummy flatbread. Again, this is meant to be quick and easy, so I go to Wegmans and buy the Brooklyn Bred Pizza Crust and preheat the oven for 425. While the oven heats up, I put my favorite marinara sauce on my flatbread, I go for Wegman’s brand of Italian Classic Organic Marinara Sauce, then get a little creative with my toppings. Are you ready for this?
Pizza Toppings:
- Black Olives
- Arugula
- Dairy-Free Mozzarella Cheese
- Turkey Pepperoni
- Glazed Balsamic Dressing
And that’s it! Pretty simple and easy, but extra yummy. You’ll pop it in the oven for 8-10 minutes, let it cool for 2 minutes and done! Bon appetit!
