Y’all…you thought I was done with my apple sauce kick, wrong! Ok, prepare for your mind to be blown. I happily used some of the homemade apple sauce I made last week for this delicious dish, so if you missed out, be sure to make your apple sauce and come straight to this delicious treat!

So here is the breakdown of this yummy recipe.
1 cup Apple sauce (see my previous post to add in your homemade apple sauce to this dish!)
1/2 cup melted vegan butter
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup almond milk or coconut flour (even all purpose depending on what you have on hand)
2 1/4 cup oat flour
1 cup of light brown sugar
1/2 cup Quick Oats
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
You will want to mix all of the above ingredients together and preheat your oven to 375. Bake between 30-50 minutes depending on the heat of your oven, for me it’s 50 minutes. Test it with a tooth pick in the middle, if it comes out clean then you’re good! If it’s still doughy, just pop it back in the oven for 5 minutes more, and you should be good to go! Enjoy y’all!
