Guilt Free Vegan Banana Bread

I am coming at you with yet another yummy and budget friendly recipe, the classic banana bread! However, this time it’s guilt-free and vegan!

I don’t know about you, but early on I was not aware of all of the health benefits a vegan diet can provide, but as a disclaimer, I am not vegan (yet at least), but I love foods that are fueling and not filling. This banana bread is not one to disappoint! I’m telling y’all, IT IS GOOD! So here is what you need to follow this easy 9 ingredient recipe:

  • 3 mashed ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup of melted vegan butter
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup of nondairy milk
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 cups of all purpose flour (you can use almond or coconut flour as well)
  • 1 cup of nondairy/vegan chocolate chips

Now you can add a dash of cinnamon or even substitute the chocolate chips for a teaspoon of cinnamon. Totally up to you! That’s the beauty of these easy recipes and if you live close to a Trader Joe’s, I highly recommend visiting them for these ingredients, as they are extremely budget friendly!
